Changes to Cancellation Policy
No Shows and Late Cancellations directly impact our clinicians. Due to a recent increase in these situations, our cancellation policy has been changed as follows.
Please note that appointments should be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no shows will be subject to the policy as follows based on our discretion:
1st Time: 50% of service fee charged. 2nd+ Time: 100% of service fee charged.

Chiropractic
Chiropractors are experts of the muscular, skeletal and nervous systems. We are trained to utilize a variety of non-invasive techniques to assess and treat the body to keep you moving and feeling your best. Chiropractors are often considered experts in spine care, however, we are trained to treat the entire body, from your head to your toes! Chiropractic care may be used to reduce pain, improve movement, assist with posture, flexibility, mobility and injury rehabilitation.
New chiropractic patients must first book an Initial Assessment where a thorough history and physical exam will be conducted and a diagnosis with a treatment will follow. Please note that treatments will be determined on a patient-by-patient basis and may not occur if this is not the appropriate course of action at the time.
Following the Initial Assessment, returning patients may book Subsequent Visits as determined by their treatment plan. During these visits a variety of techniques will be utilized by our chiropractors that best meet your individual needs.
Physiotherapy
Physiotherapists provide a wide variety of hands-on and passive care focussing on exercise rehabilitation of function, mobility and over-all wellbeing.

Massage Therapy
Massage therapy utilizes a hand-on approach to help you feel better. Our experienced RMT is skilled in assessing and treating the soft tissues of the body. Massage therapists utilize a variety of techniques to alleviate discomfort and stresses on your body. Massage therapy also helps to encourage blood flow and reduce inflammation, assisting in the healing process.
