Changes to Cancellation Policy

No Shows and Late Cancellations directly impact our clinicians. Due to a recent increase in these situations, our cancellation policy has been changed as follows.

Please note that appointments should be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no shows will be subject to the policy as follows based on our discretion:

1st Time: 50% of service fee charged. 2nd+ Time: 100% of service fee charged.

Chiropractor, Clinic Owner

Emma is a graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. She believes that movement is a vital component to treatment and recovery. Emma is particularly interested in issues concerning injury recovery, women’s health and treatment of headaches.

Originally from Finland, Emma was raised in South-Western Ontario. She attended the University of Waterloo where she was heavily involved in research and received a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a Minor in Rehabilitation Science.

In her spare time, Emma enjoys cycling, cooking and always has a new craft on the go.

Tien is a graduate of Fanshawe College in London in the Massage Therapy Program.

She is dedicated to helping patients feel better by focusing on their individual needs and daily stressors. Tien practices with a variety of techniques including sports, relaxation, deep tissue and pre-natal massage.

Tien is also a passionate foodie and can never resist some good sushi! In her free time, you might find her doing yoga, reading a book or playing classical music on her piano.

Jeremy is a graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. He believes in an evidence based approach and that each patient should be assessed and treated on an individual basis. Jeremy is particularly interested in sports-related injuries as well as lower extremity complaints.

Jeremy was born and raised in Port Hope, Ontario. As a lifelong athlete, Jeremy began his competitive running career at the age of 10. He received a scholarship to attend Indiana University where he was able to pursue his athletic goals and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology. Jeremy has also had the opportunity to compete and represent Canada internationally.

Mirza is a graduate from Western University and a local Londoner. His core values rely on a foundation of trust and honesty and is a strong advocate for providing care that is individualized and unique to each patient. Born in Afghanistan, Mirza immigrated to Canada when he was 10 years of age and has always been active in sports throughout his life. While at Western, he provided athletic therapy to the Men’s Varsity Volleyball team during his 4-year Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology.

Physiotherapist

Caray graduated from Queen’s University with a Masters of Physiotherapy in 2020. She completed her Bachelors of Science Honours Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo in 2027. At Waterloo, Caray competed as a 300m sprinter on the varsity track team as well as a student athletic therapist for the cross-country team. Her passion for sport performance, living an active lifestyle, and physical literacy was developed at a young age from being involvement in multiple sports such as basketball, badminton, volleyball, and track and field. Recreationally she continues to enjoy a variety of other sports and activities such as hiking and competitive ultimate frisbee.

Prior to obtaining her Masters of Physiotherapy, Caray was certified and worked as a canfitpro personal trainer and CSEP Exercise Physiologist that allowed her to grow her exercise prescription repertoire. Throughout her education, Caray has pursued experiences that have helped shape her into the compassionate healthcare clinician that she is now. She takes pride in her ability to assess an individual’s personal goals and provide a unique treatment plan for all her clients. She loves getting to know her patients so that she can better tailor her treatment to their needs. Caray has continued to pursue extra training in dry needling, advanced manual therapy, and acupuncture.
